Do you want to make your own healing remedies? Tinctures are herbal preparations made with alcohol or vinegar. Just as we preserve other plants (vegetables, fruits) so that we can enjoy them outside of their growing season, tinctures are one way of capturing the properties of plants so that they can be used later. Come and learn this affordable and very accessible technique.
