Culture Building

How can an organization committed to social justice, equity and sustainability operate within our  society? To function within the current systems we must prepare employees to interface in new and generative ways with one another and with work in general. Urban Growers Collective reflects our commitments to the cultivation of nourishing environments through intentional culture building.

With the goal of building a diverse and supportive staff, the organization offers a series of trainings, conversations, and communal/individual needs assessments. Storytelling, reflective listening, knowledge sharing and philosophical reframing are used to inspire new connections and support the overall mission.
