Purchase Our Produce

Fresh, Local Produce

We grow a variety of crops so that our farm stand, Fresh Moves Mobile Market, and CSA shares are stocked with a beautiful and nutritious range of fresh produce. We specialize in growing many unique and heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables. In addition to fruits and vegetables, we grow culinary and medicinal herbs, edible flowers, and a wide array of ornamental plants for neighborhood beautification. We also raise goats and honey bees.

In addition to cash and credit / debit, we are proudly accepting both SFMNP coupons and SNAP benefits via Link card at our Fresh Moves buses, Farm Stand, and CSA weekly produce box subscription program. And in partnership with LinkUp Illinois, a program of Experimental Station, we’re doubling the value of your Link card dollars with Link Match Vouchers!

Farm Stands

Our South Chicago Farm Stand season opens on Saturday, June 1st and runs through October 26th.

Wednesdays & Thursdays 4 - 7p

(starting June 20th)

Saturdays from 9:30 am - 4 pm (starting June 1st)

9001 S Mackinaw Ave

We sell a range of UGC-grown foods, produce and value-added products from our farm partners. We also sell seasonal seedlings to kick-start your own garden!

Our goal is to provide fresh, healthy food to South Side communities that have historically lacked access. We accepting cash, credit/debit, FMNP, EBT/SNAP, and SNAP double value matching

Fresh Moves

Our Fresh Moves Mobile Market is a bus that has been converted into a mobile farmers’ market. The “produce aisle on wheels” works toward closing the ‘food access gap’ by bringing produce to schools, community centers, churches, and health clinics — places that folks already frequent — to make good food accessible in Black and Brown neighborhoods that have been historically divested. Customers board the bus and shop for delicious local fruit, vegetables and grocery staples. The produce is priced to be affordable for all and to provide a fair return for the farmers and makers.

We accepting cash, credit/debit, FMNP, SNAP/EBT, and SNAP double value matching

Weekly Box Delivery (CSA)

Our Collective Supported Agriculture (CSA) program is a subscription that allows members to receive weekly shares of fresh, local produce grown by Urban Growers Collective and our partners.

We offer both half shares (5-6 items per week) and full shares (10-12 items per week) as well as the option to donate a mutual aid share to a community member in need.

Members can select either home delivery or pick-up at either Floriole Bakery or our South Chicago farm.

Wholesale Produce

During our growing season, you can source high-quality, harvest-to-order vegetables and herbs for your restaurant, farmers market, or store. Grown locally in Chicago by BIPOC farmers using healthy and sustainable agricultural practices – and now offered at affordable wholesale prices and quantities – don’t miss this opportunity to provide your customers with a product that enriches our communities and the land we call home. But be warned – once your customers get a taste of our farm-fresh produce, you won’t be able to go back to the grocery aisle!
